Paralympian Jaster featured on NBC-15

Most Edgewood College student-athletes probably don't realize there's an international caliber track and field athlete walking around among them. He's even got the medal to prove it.

Edgewood College assistant track and field coach Dana Jaster competed in the 1992 Paralympic Games in Barcelona, Spain. He represented the United States of America in the long jump, high jump and the 4x100 meter relay and claimed a silver medal.

Jaster attended Edgewood College in the 1980's and returned to school more recently, completing his Bachelor's Degree in 2006. He currently serves as an assistant coach to Bethany Brewster and the men's and women's track and field teams. He also recruits the Midwest looking for future Paralympians.
